The Role

We’re looking for a passionate, comedic, and YouTube-savvy Video Editor to join the Stay Wild team. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to craft visually dynamic and funny content that performs well on YouTube. You’ll work directly with the core team to bring creative visions to life, contribute to long-form video projects, and help elevate content that puts smiles on faces every day. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained by industry-leading editors on our team: talented creatives who will take you under their wing and help you level up your editing craft.

This is a full-time, on-site position based out of our production studio in Huntington Beach, CA. The team is open to providing relocation for the right fit. Salary range for this role is $80,000 to $130,000, depending on experience. This role reports into the Lead Video Editing Team.

What You’ll Do

• Edit long-form YouTube videos that drive engagement and make people laugh
• Join weekly sprint cycles with other editors to complete and polish video segments
• Craft strong hooks and maintain visual momentum throughout each piece
• Collaborate closely with producers and talent to align on comedic tone and pacing
• Apply strong visual effects and motion graphics using Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Contribute to ideation, provide creative input, and take ownership of your edits
• Stay on top of digital trends, YouTube styles, and meme/gaming references
• Help establish editing standards and support onboarding of junior editors

What You’ll Bring

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Quick learner who absorbs feedback and iterates fast
• Positive, consistent, and proactive work ethic
• Ability to work on-site 5 days/week in Huntington Beach studio
