About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to support one of the largest regulated utilities in the U.S., with critical operations in power, energy distribution, and infrastructure services. This person will lead the creation and oversight of a Vendor Management Office (VMO), manage cross-functional IT programs, and interact directly with procurement, finance, legal, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in large enterprise environments, has excellent executive communication skills, and is based in the Bay Area, available to work onsite 2–3 times per week in the San Francisco Bay Area.
