💰 $30 - $42/hr
Are you a hands-on leader in the solar industry? Do you enjoy working in the field, leading crews, and ensuring top-quality installations? If so, this is your opportunity to make an impact with a growing team!
✅ Oversee rooftop solar installations, ensuring efficiency and safety
✅ Read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, and installation diagrams
✅ Lead and train crews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
✅ Coordinate job site activities, inspections, and site documentation
✅ Travel to various job sites and adapt to different installation environments
🔹 1+ year as a Commercial Solar Crew Lead
🔹 5+ years in Commercial Solar Installation
🔹 Experience with fall protection and OSHA 10 certification
🔹 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
🔹 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
🔹 Valid driver's license with a clean record
➕ Trade school or technical training
➕ OSHA 30 certification
