The Retail Analyst delivers comprehensive support through the analysis of scorecards and related data, with an emphasis on comparing actual performance to budgeted goals. This role prepares forecasts and evaluates trends across sales, finance, general business conditions, and other pertinent areas. The analyst provides reporting and analytical assistance to all departments within the credit union, with particular focus on supporting frontline teams.

Experience
A minimum of two years' experience in banking, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. A general understanding of credit union operations, departmental interactions, and scorecard management is necessary. Experience with quantitative models for data analysis is preferred.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Interpersonal Skills
A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/ or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.
