This role is key for us - we’re looking for someone to join the exec team, work directly with the founder, shape company strategy, business model & culture. The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Product Management who can set the vision and ship the work. You’ll drive product strategy, customer discovery, and roadmap execution while building lightweight processes that help us move fast and stay close to our users. You’ll partner with our founding team to create a product that’s not just functional—but transformative.

This role is perfect for someone who’s been an early product leader at a startup and knows what it takes to turn vision into reality—without needing layers of process to get there.

What You’ll Do

• Define the product vision and own the end-to-end roadmap, prioritizing ruthlessly around user needs and business goals.
• Lead customer discovery efforts—interviews, testing, feedback loops—until it’s time to scale the team.
• Translate insights into actionable product specs, user stories, and design partnerships.
• Work side-by-side with engineering to ship early and often—favoring learning over perfection.
• Build lean processes for prioritization, planning, and release management as we grow.
• Set up the foundations for future product scale—hiring, mentoring, and building the team when ready.
• Keep the mission front and center: ensuring everything we build is delivering a compelling ROI to our employer clients and supporting employee housing wellness.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of product experience, with time spent in a startup (early to mid-stage).
• Relentless focus delivering meaningful outcomes for customers, not just shipping features.
• Ability to balance strategy with getting hands dirty: customer calls, writing stories, testing, iterating.
• Comfort with ambiguity, pace, and the occasional “we need to figure this out today” moment.
• Collaborative, low-ego leadership style: you value people and purpose as much as performance.
• Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, etc.) and Agile processes.
• Bonus: experience in Fintech, Prop-tech, HR tech, benefits tech, or marketplace platforms.

Compensation

We offer a competitive early-stage equity stake and a cash compensation aligned with our pre-seed stage - we can be flexible on the cash/equity mix. Exact terms will be tailored based on experience, with flexibility to grow quickly alongside the company.
