Job Description

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of solid litigation experience, preferably with some trial experience and experience drafting and arguing motions or conducting depositions, as well as litigating fiduciary disputes
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• A self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent team player skills with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and the flexibility to engage and collaborate across the firm’s capabilities and practice areas
• Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently and proactively and to develop creative solutions that meet client and team needs
• Applications for Silicon Valley are also acceptable
• California Bar membership in good standing

Salary

The base annual pay range for this role is between $250,000 - $370,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. Additional medical, financial and/or other benefits will be offered dependent on the position.
