Labor & Employment Attorney | Workplace Litigation & Advisory Role

⚖️ Focus: Workplace Litigation, Compliance, Investigations, & Policy Counseling

A nationally respected legal team is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Labor & Employment Associate to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a full spectrum of workplace legal matters for both public and private sector employers.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Advise employers on federal, state, and local labor laws
• Draft and review employment policies , handbooks, offer letters, and severance agreements
• Represent clients in litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage/hour claims
• Defend matters before EEOC, NLRB, DOL , and similar agencies
• Support internal workplace investigations , audits, and union-related matters

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• JD from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• 3–6+ years of experience in labor and employment law
• Strong legal writing, advocacy, and client communication skills
• Able to manage deadlines and a dynamic caseload

🌟 Preferred Experience

• Experience in individual and class action employment litigation
• Familiarity with ERISA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII , and state-specific labor codes
• Experience with union environments or public sector employment is a plus
