Job Title: Ink Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ink Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality blended inks that meet customer requirements using the TPS Ink Management system. You’ll be hands-on with ink formulation, ensuring accurate color matching, quality control, and timely delivery of press-ready inks to production lines.

What You’ll Do

• Blend, weigh, and prepare press-ready inks tailored to customer needs.
• Perform color matching and ink formulation to meet production schedules.
• Maintain accurate documentation of color matches, adjustments, returns, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements .
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Support recycling and re-use of inks where possible.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (chemistry coursework preferred).
• Experience in ink blending, formulation, or a related manufacturing role is a plus, but we’re willing to train .
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment .
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working with chemicals in a production setting.
