Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented engineer to lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of coupling equipment and processes. This role plays a key part in supporting new product development and driving continuous improvement in equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the selection, introduction, and acceptance of new coupling equipment, including the verification and enhancement of related fixtures and tools.
Participate in process evaluations for new product development and collaborate cross-functionally to support prototyping, verification, and trial production activities.
Debug, repair, maintain, and continuously improve production equipment to enhance utilization rates and reduce failure rates.
Develop and maintain equipment program files, create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance, and support machinery optimization initiatives.
Take ownership of glue selection, verification, and implementation specific to the coupling process.
Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to validate and optimize coupling process parameters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Electronic Information Engineering, Microelectronics, Communications, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the optoelectronics industry, preferably in areas such as optical communications or LiDAR.
Strong understanding of automation principles and equipment-related technologies.
Hands-on experience with high-speed optical modules and mainstream coupling equipment, including debugging and maintenance.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
