👷 What You'll Do:

• Lead field operations from site prep to close-out
• Own schedule, subs, safety, and quality
• Work directly with PMs + company leadership
• Represent the GC with pride + professionalism

🛠️ What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years running commercial or industrial projects with a GC
• Strong communication + leadership skills
• Professional in reading plans, managing subs, staying on top of safety + schedule
• Familiar with construction tech (Procore or similar is a plus)
