What You’ll Do

• Work closely with engineering and design to ship features that solve user and client problems.
• Analyze product usage to uncover insights, spot trends, and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and OKRs across the product.
• Conduct user research and support experimentation (A/B testing, cohorts).
• Translate feedback and data into clear product requirements and documentation.
• Write specs and user stories to guide design and engineering.
• Assist with QA, integration testing, rollout plans, and go-to-market coordination

What We ’ re Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in product or in a product-adjacent role (consulting, ops, bizops, engineering, or strategy).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear thinker, clear writer.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, and interpreting data
• Experience with product prototyping or basic design (wireframes, mockups, user flows). Figma experience is a plus!
• Detail-oriented and organized, but able to move quickly and make tradeoffs.
• Associate Product Manager 2
• Strong sense of ownership and willingness to figure things out.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers, designers, and external partners.
• Excitement for fintech, consumer products, or tools that solve meaningful problems.
